This is a basic skill accomplishment course that will aid in the development of proper form and technique for required movements in the Bent Steel programming.
This is a requirement to advance into open or elite sessions.
This session is for those who have passed the on ramp requirement, but have no interest in advanced weightlifting. The session will cover skill and mobility work, plus the additional work out of the day.
This is for the advanced or elite member who wants to go to the next level with weightlifting techniques and strength. The additional weightlifting section will be in addition to the normal open level skill, mobility work and workout of the day.
ON RAMP REQUIRED
Our on ramp program is a 13 day basic program to teach a new Bent Steel member how to perform proper technique. Gymnastic, weightlifting, and metabolic condition forms will be taught to enhance the skill of the member and so they may advance to any open or elite sessions.
