Art of Strength
FitClub is to be home to Springfield's only Art of Strength training center. Art of Strength (AoS) is a group personal training program that will help you push your limits and exceed your goals! AoS is a group functional training workout that incorporates tires, rocks, kettlebells, vintage dumbbells and barbells, bandit loops, plyo boxes, ropes, and other fun and unique tools to get you in the best shape of your life. Every AoS session is conducted by an Art of Strength master trainer, who has received specialized training in conducting this uniquely challenging workout. As you work through each session, you and your fellow participants will push each other to accomplish more than you ever could on your own. Art of strength is a new style of exercise, and each member is required to complete an orientation with an Art of Strength master trainer before participating.
FitClub Intensity Training
FitClub is proud to introduce our revolutionary Intensity Group Personal Training! This functional training program is perfect for groups of 6-12 participants, and is designed to deliver our members amazing total-body results in less than a few hours per week. Intensity training is challenging and fun! You and your fellow participants will experience a unique, high-intensity workout designed to increase flexibility, strength, balance, and cardiovascular conditioning. Intensity training follows a proven formula that engages all muscle groups in a 45-minute session that incorporates the latest in functional training and cardiovascular conditioning. FitClub Intensity training provides participants with complete metabolic conditioning, which causes increased calorie burn, even at rest, for up to 72 hours following each Intensity session. You won't find a more effective and fun workout anywhere!
FitClub Performance Training
Over the years, we have seen first-hand the amazing benefit of working with a NASM certified personal trainer. At FitClub, we are proud to have the most talented, highly-qualified training staff in the area to help our members reach their goals through functional training. We have always realized the value that our personal trainers add to the FitClub experience, and we have made it our mission to give every member access to a fitness professional.
In the past, we included three introductory sessions with a trainer in every new membership as well as complimentary monthly goal reassessments. While this has been a great way to introduce our new members to a routine tailored to them and keep them on track, we found that many people desired even more personal attention. Our personal training services have grown by more than 200% over the last three years, but with the current economic environment, we recognize that traditional personal training can be a strech for most peoples' budgets. That is why we have created FitClub Performance Training, a revolutionary new approach to personal training that makes our NASM-certified professional trainers affordable for everyone!
TRX Group Personal Training
FitClub is proud to offer our members TRX Group Personal Training at FitClub South! TRX is a group personal training program that will help you push your limits and exceed your goals! TRX is a functional training workout that incorporates kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, ropes, and TRX Suspension loops, and other fun tools to get you in the best shape of your life. As you work through each session, you and your fellow participants will push each other to accomplish more than you ever could on your own. TRX is a new style of exercise, and each member is required to complete an orientation before participating.
