SESSION DESCRIPTION

 

Basic

This is a basic skill accomplishment course that will aid in the development of proper form and technique for required movements in the Bent Steel programming.

This is a requirement to advance into open or weight lifting sessions.

 

Open level

This session is for those who have passed the on ramp requirement but have no interest in advanced weight lifting. The session will cover skill and mobility work, plus the additional work out of the day.

 

Weight lifting

This is for the advanced or elite member who wants to go to the next level with weight lifting techniques and strength.  The additional weight lifting section will be in addition to the normal open level skill, mobility work, and workout of the day.
