Over the years, we have seen first-hand the amazing benefit of working with a NASM certified personal trainer. FitClub Performance Training offers three levels of personal training based on the number of participants per session. We have worked over the past few years to develop group personal training programs that maintain the high level of personalized, professional attention that has made our one-on-one personal training so successful. After extensive research, we are proud to introduce our revolutionary three-tiered training platform to our members.

FitClub is now proud to offer our new Dynamic semi-private personal training to all of our members! Dynamic training is an ever changing, exciting, and challenging exercise program designed to help you achieve maximum results in the minimum amount of time and keep you coming back for more! Perfect for beginners as well as seasoned athletes, all exercises can be scaled in difficulty to fit your individual needs. Dynamic training is designed for groups of 2-6 people, allowing for an intimate setting with a high level of personal attention while providing the motivation that can only be found in a group.
