Dynamic Virtual sessions are coached by Personal Trainers. Why is this important?

There are many reasons why having a Personal Trainer as part of your fitness program is important, below are listed just a few of those reasons:

  • Knowledge is Power -- A personal trainer will help EDUCATE you on all aspects of health, fitness and exercise.  
  • SAFETY is a priority - Your Trainer will help you to perfect your form to ensure you are doing each exercise correctly and SAFELY.
  • SMART Goal Setting - Your Trainer will help you to set both short and long term REALISTIC, ATTAINABLE Goals.
  • Healthy Habits are KEY to life-long SUCCESS - Your Trainer will help you establish life-long healthy habits and keep you accountable to making continual progress towards your health and fitness goals 

 

How is Virtual Dynamic Group Personal Training different from other virtual classes offered by FitClub and other providers?

  • The Personal Trainers that run the Virtual Dynamic sessions are specifically trained on how to modify and adapt any movement to individuals of all levels and abilities.
  • The Trainer will demonstrate each exercise, but rather than doing the workout with you they will be paying attention as you perform each exercise in order to provide both verbal and visual feedback to ensure each participant gets the most out of each workout. 
  • FitClub’s Virtual Dynamic Program is designed for small groups. This allows for focused, individualized attention to each participant to ensure each exercise is done correctly, safely and with the appropriate amount of weight (or no weight at all as you're getting started - good form is key to preventing injuries).

 

What is Dynamic Mobility and why is it important?

  • Dynamic Mobility is a training session focused on increasing range of motion (at a specific joint) and mobility (multiple joints working together to produce movement). Sessions include various activation/mobility drills, dynamic stretches, and active stretches utilizing exercise bands. Sessions are performed live with the Personal Trainer coaching you throughout the session
  • Mobility is an important component of any training program as it prepares our bodies for the stress of training. It is a vital contributor to reducing the risk of injuries as well as improving technique and range of movement. It is important to note that strength alone isn’t enough to have good mobility. It will also assist in improving our posture. Mobility training can alleviate ‘everyday’ aches and pains as well as improve our body awareness.

  • You can always feel free to contact your individual Success Coach or send an email to appfeedback@fitclub.net with any technical questions you may have. Including questions about your FitClub Virtual account, Zoom set-up or any other technical aspect of your Training program.

 

How much does Virtual Dynamic Training cost?

  • The normal price for Virtual Dynamic Training is $99 for 10 sessions or $99 per month for unlimited sessions. As a participant in our Founding Client Launch, you’ll get your first month for just $19 and will lock in our Founding Client rate of $79 per month for unlimited sessions if you decide to keep going after your first month. Current GPT Clients should see their email for price or inquire at appfeedback@fitclub.net

 

How does billing work? Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

  • There is no contract! As a convenience, your sessions will auto-renew monthly at your founding client rate until you cancel your program.

 

How do I cancel my Virtual training program?

  • You may cancel your Virtual training program at any time. All we require is that you provide us with 14 days notice to help us anticipate upcoming demand and provide us with ample time to update your account so you do not incur future charges. Please contact your Success Coach or send an email to appfeedback@fitclub.net if you have any questions or would like to cancel your program.

 

What exercise equipment do I need? Where do I buy it?

  • You will need resistance bands (multiple types), handles, clips, a jump rope, and your body. The good news is that you don’t need to buy anything! We supply all the equipment (you just provide your body), which can either be picked up at our South location or shipped to you if you live out of the area.

 

What kind of device do I need to participate in Virtual Training?

  • Our virtual training sessions are powered by Zoom, so all you need is a device with a camera, a speaker, a microphone, and the ability to connect to a zoom meeting. Most smart phones, tablets, or laptops fit these requirements! We do encourage you to use a screen larger than a smartphone if you can. 

 

What Time Zone are class times scheduled in?

  • ALL Virtual classes and Training sessions are scheduled in CENTRAL STANDARD TIME (CST)

 

I have a conflict with the scheduled session times. Is it still possible to participate?

  • Absolutely! We encourage you to join LIVE whenever possible, but as long as you register for the session, you will receive a recording that you can access on demand anytime within 72 hours of the session start time. 

 

Who do I contact if I want to do Virtual 1-on-1 Training Sessions?

  • We are in the process of getting ready to launch our Virtual 1-on-1 Training Program.  If you’d like to be contacted when the program is getting ready to begin please contact your individual Success Coach or send an email to appfeedback@fitclub.net to get added to the email list.

 

I want to schedule a session(s) with the FitClub Dietitian/Nutritionist, how do I go about doing this?

  • Contact your individual Success Coach or send an email to appfeedback@fitclub.net to schedule individual sessions with our Registered Dietitian.

 

I want to schedule a session(s) with the FitClub Wellness and Calming Coach, how do I go about doing this?
